Collectively with the management team, the CFO will drive and implement long term financial strategies, adapting the corporate structure and procedures to the group's performance. We are looking for a professional with superior management skills, able to support company and team development, helping them to reach their potential.

Responsibilities:

The CFO assumes responsibility for various technical areas and provides for substantiated individual excellence in the core areas and efficiently manages extended field of responsibility:

• External accounting and internal reporting
• Financial Analysis and Controlling
• Information Technology (incl. Information Security)
• Corporate Governance, Compliance and Risk-Management

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably in either of the streams, e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related experience
• At least 10 years of experience in finance, including several years in a leadership role in an international environment
• Business Leadership
• Work ethics and integrity
• Fluent in Italian and English
