Our client is an MNC which is one of the prominent names globally in the Electrical Manufacturing business. Looking to hire a Local Division Manager / Local Division Head for Al Khobar. Ideal candidate would be a Saudi National person with below experience.

Responsibilities: -

• Drive overall service business performance locally.
• Follow service division strategy.
• Follow the company’s Safety & Integrity Guidelines.
• Build Sustainable customer relationships.
• Support the implementation by LSU to increase market share.
• Create local service strategies and ensure service growth in local markets.
• Lead the implementation of service strategy.
• Formulate and execute market intelligence strategies to increase the market share and overcome competition.
• Support sales team.
• Organize local team and supporting facilities.

Requirements: -

• Saudi National Candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Electronic).
• 10-15 years of experience with minimal 3 years in similar role.
• Experience working with products like motors and generators.
• Good communication skills with English & Arabic.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Saudi Market.
• Strong Customer relationship.
• Team Player.
