Our client is a well-known multinational company operating in food and beverage sector. Since 2014 the company has started to work in Italy, and nowadays it establishes itself as a consolidated reality, with dozens of stores.

LOCAL STORE MARKET SPECIALIST
The role
The role consists in assisting the Retail Marketing Analyst in supporting and attending & restaurants LSM initiatives by leading the definition & execution of LSM campaigns and local activations. The main goal is to ensure excellent and aligned execution of the brand’s communication strategy & positioning within Italy’s market for all the stores.
Duties
- Visit and get to know stores
- Analysis of the trade zone and influence area and search for opportunities
- Support store on every request they have: campaigns, commercial materials, promotion, agencies, partners and suppliers
- Lead LSM ad hoc campaigns: definition, development & execution. Results follow-up.
- Identify the needed action plans (Budget, approach, content, planning)
- Manage Media agency regarding brief, budget, media plan proposal, campaign definition
- Brief, ad hoc content definition (signage, value, format…), prepare adaptations to each media plan
- Execution of the campaign: prepare and convey information about the store; comms materials production and media plan setting up
- Results follow up: analyse action plan results and prepare back up plan if necessary
- Handle LSM supports while OOH and proximity media campaigns in order to enhance synergies. Take into account media investment and coordinate most efficient and effective approach
- Signage plan and opening campaign in order to define best LSM strategy for new restaurants.
- Brief Media agency and help to manage budget, media plan proposal, campaign definition and execution
- Manage Comms and creativity agency for openings: brief, ad hoc content definition (signage, value, format…), prepare adaptations to each opening media plan.
- Execution of the campaign: commercial materials, media plan
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & PR, Marketing, or Business Administration
- 3 years of experience in LSM/Trade Mktg and Retail
- Desirable previous experience in Horeca, Casual Dining or QSR business
- Organized, being able to deliver performance under high-pressure environment.
- High level of accountability, Proactive, problem – solving
- Project management approach: from brief & budget to execution and results analysis.
- Excel and Power Point management
Language skills: Italian and fluent English
