Role details:

• Title / Role: Delivery Centre Head – Poland
• Reporting to: Head of Regional Delivery, Europe
• Location: Warsaw, Poland

Role & responsibilities:

• Working with Account Delivery and Sales, to qualify and track resourcing needs, to derive and communicate regional strategy
• Building, sustaining, scaling and continually improving strategic delivery capability to support multiple accounts, with sharp focus on excellence in Cloud, Data, Digital, SAP, automated testing, and full stack software development
• Contributing to and steering global multi-location delivery organization to help Fortune 500 companies navigate their digital transformation
• As required, building and running nearshore capabilities for clients in nearby EU nations, part of optimization of offshore, onshore and nearshore delivery mix for clients
• Working with Practice and Delivery Units and with Talent Acquisition, Training, other functions of HR and IT, to recruit, interview, hire, onboard, cross-skill / upskill and engage with talent while improving speed, cost, and quality of the same and to steer day to day delivery from the region, as part of the localization journey
• Steering client delight by providing thought leadership and matching tight execution, to become their Strategic Contributor and Trusted Partner, even while handling emerging day to day issues
• Providing delivery oversight
• Hosting customers when they visit the Delivery Center
• Engaging with entities of the talent ecosystem at the location, including Universities and partners to improve presence and for corporate social responsibility imperatives

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or other related technical qualification.
• 12+ years’ relevant IT experience, including about 10+ in Poland / Europe
• IT service delivery experience with nearshore and onsite / offshore model.
• Effective communication in both English and Polish
