Our client is a growing player of food fmcg arena (fish and seafood products). Their growing team in Budapest is looking for a Logistic Specialist who provides precise administrative support for the supply chain processes reporting to the local Logistic Manager. Warehousing and transporting provided by 3^rd party service partner.

Major tasks:

1. Manage incoming customer orders (key and smaller retail partners, HoReca, distributors etc). and enter them into ERP system (Navision);
2. Communicate with customers and internal personnel regarding status and changes in orders and deliveries;
3. Preparation of proper invoices;
4. Maintenance of ERP system, ensuring all customer details are filled correctly, checking movement of goods in (write-offs with correct bugdet code).
5. Administration of new/old product card;
6. Collaborate with logistics service provider to manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory count, rework, disposal, and value-added services;
7. Help logistic manager with accurate reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably major in Economist, Logistics or Supply Chain;
2. 1-3 years of work experience in relevant field (administration skills with attention to details);
3. Problem solving skills;
4. Good verbal/written in English;
5. Have the ability to respond demand changes quickly;
6. Strong communication skills with customer orientation mindset;
7. Can work under pressure and can focus on details, good organization skills and teamwork spirit;
8. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
