Our client is a growing player of food fmcg arena (fish and seafood products). Their growing team in Budapest is looking for a Logistic Specialist who provides precise administrative support for the supply chain processes reporting to the local Logistic Manager. Warehousing and transporting provided by 3rd party service partner.
Major tasks:
- Manage incoming customer orders (key and smaller retail partners, HoReca, distributors etc). and enter them into ERP system (Navision);
- Communicate with customers and internal personnel regarding status and changes in orders and deliveries;
- Preparation of proper invoices;
- Maintenance of ERP system, ensuring all customer details are filled correctly, checking movement of goods in (write-offs with correct bugdet code).
- Administration of new/old product card;
- Collaborate with logistics service provider to manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory count, rework, disposal, and value-added services;
- Help logistic manager with accurate reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably major in Economist, Logistics or Supply Chain;
- 1-3 years of work experience in relevant field (administration skills with attention to details);
- Problem solving skills;
- Good verbal/written in English;
- Have the ability to respond demand changes quickly;
- Strong communication skills with customer orientation mindset;
- Can work under pressure and can focus on details, good organization skills and teamwork spirit;
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
