Responsibilities:

• Tire management service (hundreds of existing customers in the company's database, most leasing owners with services included) [There are thousands of contracts but grouped on several hundred customers]
• Maintaining contact with customers and service providers;
• Approval of the works according to the contractual conditions, legal norms and recommendations of the respective vehicle manufacturer;
• Intermediation and proactive resolution of problems in the relationship between customers and service providers;
• Collaboration with the dedicated call center and with the other departments involved in the activity of sales and management of fleet customers;
• Import of supplier invoices in the computer system.
• Planning the need for service partners

Requirements:

• Secondary education;
• Experience of at least 1-3 years in a similar position in cars would be ideal, but also in other activities such as parts warehouse planning, and / or administrator / good relationship manager with customers and suppliers;
• Fleet management knowledge and skills are an advantage;
• Knowledge of English is a big plus;
• Advanced level of use Excel or an intermediate level, but with the desire to quickly learn more advanced functions such as vlookup or Pivot - eliminatory requirement;
• Very good communication skills, prioritization, and detail processing;
• Capacity for data analysis and synthesis;
• Proactive attitude, orientation towards solutions and results, team spirit;
• Integrate, responsible, organized, kind person, eager to constantly meet the requests and needs of clients and colleagues.
