Role overview

• The Logistics & Warehousing Specialist supports day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations in collaboration with an external logistics partner.
• The role focuses on ensuring accuracy of goods movement, inventory, deliveries, returns, and related documentation.
• Part of the role requires on-site presence at a logistics partner location.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and verify goods receipt from suppliers
• Clarify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Conduct partial inventories and support stock accuracy checks
• Control order picking, outbound shipments, and delivery accuracy
• Monitor deliveries and resolve delivery-to-point issues through online coordination
• Control the return timing and completeness of delivery documents
• Accept and verify returned goods against documentation
• Perform pallet accounting and track pallet balances

Candidate profile

• Experience or hands-on exposure to logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation
• Practical, execution-oriented mindset and reliability in daily operations
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage routine tasks consistently
• Willingness to spend part of the working time at an external logistics partner
