Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with GCC, Asia, Europe and Africa for order processing
- Preparing commercial invoices, packing list, certificate of origin and health certificate
- Applying Certificate of Origin in Ministry of Economy
- Applying Health Certificate from Dubai Municipality
- Sending weekly reports
- Applying TAX invoices
- Updating stock availability
- Updating customers regarding pending shipments
Job Specifications
- Reporting to the CEO and Senior Logisitcs Assistant
- Preferred - Filipino National (Female)
- Min. experience 3+ years in UAE - in any industry (Food, Beverage, Consumer Goods or Logisitcs,
- Can join ASAP
