Excellent opportunity for a Logistics Co-ordinator to grown an expanding company based in Hook, the company are offering hybrid working and a competitive salary
Overview - Maintain administrative workflow for compliance within import and export
* Generate and maintain documentation to audit standard for import and export of goods
* Day to day co-ordination and management of business operational activities, eg invoices and good receipting
* Maintain continuity of work operations and document a weekly summary of reports, reporting past delivery performances, discovering risks, determining continuing needs
* Utilise company systems to accurately track assets to optimise procedures
* Plan and track the shipment of finished goods according to customer requirements
* Reviewing and reporting costs and transportation rates and researching shipping options
* Ensure compliance with industry and company standards, and logistics procedures
* Evaluate current operational performances to identify and recommend process improvements
* Projects involving requirements for operation support
* Purchasing and sales order ledger administration
* Systems and SAP administrations and maintenance
* Change management
