Position Title: Logistic Coordinator
Job Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordination & managing all logistical aspects of goods from various foreign and local suppliers; this will include importation licenses, customs clearance, and related activities.
- Track all incoming/outgoing shipments and follow up with suppliers or logistics services regarding any damaged or missing items etc.
- Complete all administrative tasks associated with the role
- Prepare daily management reports timely basis.

- Coordination logistics activities related to transportation, logistics planning, order processing & customer service

- Responsible for audits and assisting with motor Vehicle Periodical Inspections, operating cards, and renewing Issuing Vehicle License
- Plan, coordinated, and ensured completion of both routine and unexpected maintenance of vehicles, trucks, and equipment.
- Coordination & managing all logistical aspects of goods from various foreign and local suppliers; this will include importation licenses, customs clearance, and related activities.
- Track all incoming/outgoing shipments and follow up with suppliers or logistics services regarding any damaged or missing items etc.
- Coordinate the transfer of goods between warehouses, plants and cross-docks and scheduled shipments of goods supplied with a freight forwarder.
- Study all the available solutions for delivering the Finished Products from the company’s assigned store to the customer’s assigned premises efficiently and with the minimum cost
- Create and report presentations related to Transportation to supply chain Management.
- Completes all necessary and required documentation associated with the operation accurately and promptly.
- Direct and coordinate department work schedules and assignments to meet current and projected shipments.
- Assessed and monitored the vehicle safety standards
- Maintain and track vehicle maintenance schedules with our outside service provider (including, but not limited to – regular maintenance, oil changes, cleaning, and tires).
- Monitor Computerized Fleet Management Tool closely for safety issues (speeding,.), fuel consumption, and vehicles used for personal use outside working hours.
- Daily review of driver paperwork, data input and data flow for transport-related systems and processes.
- Maintain accident files and records.
- Responsible for the coordination of incoming goods and daily dispatches as per requirements.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant logistics or supply chain subject or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum Experience:
- Substantial ERP experience required.
- Minimum Two years of Transportation/Logistic experience required, demonstrating the ability to plan and supervise the work of others.
- Must have English (written and oral).
