Responsibilities:

• Mounting and dismounting the tools on the machine tools;
• Loading/unloading the processed parts, using the specific lifting equipment;
• Mounting/dismounting the specific tools according to the processing cycle of the processed parts;
• Processing parts using stock removal technology and cutting tools according to the working cycles of the processing center used;
• Using appropriate measuring tools to verify the tolerances indicated in sketches/drawings;
• Monitoring the machine tools during processing, implementing prompt measures and reporting production anomalies to unit supervisors;
• Performing routine maintenance on machine tools;
• Possible programming phase on board the machine.

Experience and technical skills:

• Previous experience in similar positions;
• Good manual dexterity and experience in using measuring tools;
• Excellent ability to read mechanical sketches/drawings;
• Dynamism, flexibility, and teamwork skills;
• Availability to work in three shifts (including Saturdays);
• Knowledge of Siemens language is preferred;
• Candidates with a recent diploma in industrial mechanical technician will be given priority.
