Our client is an international company that activates in the manufacturing sector, looking for a Maintenance Engineer to develop the team based on Turda.

Maintenance Engineer

Location: Turda, Cluj

Responsibilities:

• Organizes, plans, coordinates and ensures corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and installations;
• Provides assembly, service and technical support for industrial equipment;
• Ensures the proper operation of installations and equipment, the timely execution of repair and overhaul works of installations and equipment;
• Proposes solutions to improve the operation of installations and equipment;
• Involvement in modernization and investment projects (electrical domains and automation);
• Participates in optimizing the performance of installations and equipment in collaboration with quality and engineering departments;
• Implement the annual plan for checks, tests and preventive measurements at automation installations;
• Elaborates the intervention sheets and the reports related to the activity;
• Tracks and ensures compliance with the technological regime of each installation;
• Ensuring the necessary spare parts and materials necessary for the performance of preventive and predictive maintenance works;

Your profile:

• Higher education, Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company;
• Knowledge of diagnosis and troubleshooting of assembly equipment from production;
• Knowledge of industrial automation (sensors; drivers; PLCs; encode – diagnosis; connection; their parameterization and programming);
• Ability to read electrical diagrams;
• Mechanics knowledge; electronics; hydraulic; pneumatic; installations (in addition to the basic electrical);
• Knowledge of electrical actuations (electric motor starts, thermal protections);
• Knowledge of "problem solving" methodologies (PDCA; ISHIKAWA; 5 Why; etc.) and ability to propose innovative solutions.
