Job Title: Manager, Maintenance

 Experience: 10-15 yrs

Reports to: Country Head, India

Job Location: Pune

Purpose of role:

This is a leadership role to manage the utilities infrastructure, machineries. Lead and deploy new infrastructure projects for the organization. Strategize optimum performance of the utilities and machineries to reduce overhead cost in terms of downtime, power, air and water consumption. Manage maintenance budget. Support production by maintaining the machine spares. Implement improvement projects. Maintain a competent and lean team of facilities and PLC engineers. Design and install layouts and new machineries. Report to management from time to time by publishing MIS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Installation of Plant machineries
• Testing and Commissioning of Plant & Utility machinery.
• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly Preventive check list inline with OEM recommendation.
• Ensure Preventive maintenance are carried out.
• Budgetary control.
• Execute new infrastructure projects.
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance engineers.
• Design and implement maintenance process to comply to IATF16949/ISO9001 requirements.
• Documentation of all warranties provided by equipment OEM suppliers.
• Maintain critical spares for machineries and utilities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for the department.
• Drive sustainability initiatives across the organization.
• Any other roles assigned from time to time.
