Maintenance In charge

Reports to: Director (Sales and Operations)

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

We are looking to employ a maintenance in charge with an outstanding knowledge.

A maintenance in charge is expected to have fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will display natural leadership and possess fantastic communication skills with a great eye for detail.

Job Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maintenance in fabrication factory machines, like Lathing machine, drilling machines, press, rolling, expanders…etc.
• CNC operated machines repair experience.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. (Preventive and predictive).
• responding to breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults.
• Repairing equipment
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Following and able to create maintenance procedures.
• Assure about availability of spare parts.
• Experience in new factory/machines installation.

General Safety & Housekeeping:

• Compliances with the company’s safety policy, food safety policy & procedures and the personal hygiene practices.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Proficiency with ERP, preferably MS Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• CNC operated machines repair experience.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical).
• 15 years of maintenance.
