Our client is a global automotive supplier. The Maintetance Manager would cover metal pressing/stamping processes managing a team of 9.

Tasks:

1. Defines preventive maintenance activity for the maximum availability of the equipments
2. Organizes and supervises the corrective maintenance actions in order to avoid machinery unavailability
3. Ensure the necessary headcount for the planned and unplanned maintenance activity
4. Define contingency plans
5. Responsible for motivating his/her subordinates, setting up employee objectives, evaluation of their performance and promoting of their professional development
6. Controls the costs of maintenance activity (suppliers, spare parts)
7. Supervises the execution of indicators and makes actions in case of gaps between the forecast and real achievement
8. Prepares and manages audits by customers and quality auditors regarding the maintenance area
1. Responsible for the continuous improvement of the maintenance
10. Responsible for keeping health and safety regulations and applying preventive measures according to company standards

Requirements:

1. 5+ years professional experience in production in maintenance job
2. Professional experience gained in automotive sector is valuable
3. 3+ years experience in managing people
4. Relevant degree
5. Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
6. Basic tooling knowledge for metal parts
7. English knowledge, native Hungarian
8. PC knowledge
