The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to GM, ensures preventive maintenance and solves ad hoc problems through specialist HQ team and external suppliers

Major tasks:

1. Endure day-to-day functioning of the machines and tools
2. Manage and maintain preventive maintenance system to keep all operations running smoothly
3. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment
4. Purchase of replacement parts for air compressors and processing machines, as required.
5. Coordinate machine downtime with the GM and inform him of any machine deficiencies that may affect the quality of the process.
6. Prepare and submit necessary regulatory licenses, reports, or other needed documents.
7. Instruct maintenance technicians/assistants in the duties and tasks to be performed each day
8. Inspect each assignment after completion to ensure the job was completed correctly and the area cleaned after.
1. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, minor tool fabrication and all maintenance work order requirements.

Requirements:

1. Relevant engineering degree and technical expertise in manufacturing environment;
2. Prior experience in maintenance operations or a similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, and other related equipment. Experience with processing machines is a strong plus;
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
5. Capability to manage and guide a team effectively under tight deadlines;
6. Fluent English.
