Job Responsibility:

Must experience 5-10 years of managing leasing in a reputed retail outlet or handling Operations of a ( 200+ stores) mall.

Responsible of both the behind-the scenes and customer facing mall operations, retail leasing, handling customer complaints and public relations for the mall.

•             Key Responsibilities:

•             Responsible to manage and supervise the overall shopping mall operations incl.

property management, tenant management, leasing, marketing and promotions, customer service, as facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.

•             Supervise, guide and mentor the Mall Operations team reporting into and take full responsibility in identifying potential talent and timely supporting professional development.

•             Manage a marketing plan for the mall including events planning, advertising via mainstream media and property finders. Ensure creation of an enticing environment to attract prospective tenants.

•             Handle inquiries from clients on retail shops, restaurants, kiosk space including viewing of the units/kiosk area.

•             Responsible for leasing retail units as per budget plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly and monthly timeline, reviewing and proper negotiation of retail lease transactions, lease and service agreements.

•             Prepare Tenancy mix for the retail assets and report to Head of Sales and Leasing on the status of leasing timelines, goals and tenancy mix progress.

•             Conduct Market Analysis, data collection and competitor research of new developments to keep aware of market condition, rentals and major deals

•             Profiling of new and existing retail brands locally, regionally and internationally.

•             Ensure retail leasing log is updated on timely manner. Manage the ERP system to ensure proper data feeding and thus reporting & controls.
