Hiring "CA " for the role of "Manager - Accounts" with 8-11 Years of experience for Delhi Location .

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Need to interact with Bankers , Financial Institutions & Auditors outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work .
2. Need to interact with Plants Finance Team, Consolidation Team, Legal Team inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work.
3. Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in adherence to accounting standards.
4. Timely preparation of  monthly MIS reports and Financial Reports
5. Timely closing of audit queries ,timely tax planning, submissions, MIS and litigation management .
6. Day to day management of working capital and vendor payments.
7. Responsible for building a vibrant team, managing succession planning, developing the second line and improving the competency levels of the overall team .
