Job Description
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Aftersales Service: Lead the aftersales service function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
- Workshop Management and Operations: Oversee the workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Customer Support: Ensure exceptional customer support through effective communication and resolution of customer concerns.
- Warranty Management: Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
- Spare Parts/Inventory Management: Optimize spare parts inventory levels to meet service demands while minimizing costs.
- Service Network Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the service network and establishing new service centres.
- Policies, Processes, and SOPs: Develop and implement policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline aftersales service operations.
- Team Handling and Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external service partners.
Requirements:
- Proven 15 to 20 years of experience in aftersales service management, preferably in Automotive Industry.
- B.E. or B. Tech graduate (any specialization).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement effective operational strategies.
