Our client is a large Indian Conglomerate looking for a Manager - Corporate Finance for its offices in Hyderabad

Reporting to - GM - Finance

Qualification - CA / CMA / MBA Finance - Full time only

Experience: 8 to 12 years post qualification

CTC - 25% hike on current subject to an overall range of 16 to 18 LPA

Job Purpose:

Performing business regulatory and  banking functions towards achieving overall organizational efficiency in order to :

• Minimize cost of borrowings
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• improve liquidity
• maintain banking relationship & networking
• Enhance and Sustain Credit Rating   

Key Accountabilities:

Project Finance

• Meeting the funding requirement for projects being undertaken by the Company including Subsidiaries and Jvs
• Spearheading the necessary due diligence, financial modelling, risk analysis. Coordinating with banks, financial institutions and consultants to arrange syndication of and raise funds from various financial institutions / banks / NBFCs/MFs.
• Managing all activities related to funding tie-up & financial closure, up to disbursement and security creation

Compliances of Loan

Ensure compliances as per loan documents of all JVs and Subsidiaries including timely interest and principal payments

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Preparation and updation of financial model of subsidiaries and JVs
• Supports to senior management with commercial and strategic analysis on the business on day to day basis.
• Preparation of AOP
• MIS reports

Credit Rating:

-To obtain &  improve credit rating  of all entities being managed

Develop and Improve processes towards Automation

• Continuously monitor, develop and improve standard of reporting formats
• Introduce new reports through system automation

Meeting Bankers & Financial Institutions for developing relationships and contacts
