- Create and implement a sales plan to find, approach, and win over CSR-focused businesses as clients.
- To find possible CSR partners and learn about their CSR goals, focus areas, and budgetary constraints, conduct market research.
- Through proactive networking, relationship-building, and prospecting efforts, create and manage a pipeline of quality prospects.
- Interact with target firms' decision-makers and important stakeholders to learn about their specific CSR requirements and to offer pertinent goods and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to customize solutions that meet the unique CSR requirements of potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with CSR clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing CSR clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their ongoing needs and concerns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to promote the company's CSR solutions and generate leads.
- Track and report on sales performance, including revenue forecasts, client acquisition, and retention rates, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in the CSR sector and build a strong professional network.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales-related expenses using the company's CRM system.
Required Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Strong knowledge of CSR concepts, trends, and practices, with a genuine passion for social responsibility and sustainability.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
