This information is crucial for formulating effective investor relations (IR) strategies.
Effective Communication and Relationship Building: The candidate is responsible for creating awareness about client companies through continuous interactions with fund managers and research analysts. Professional presentations to institutional investors and brokerage houses, as well as organizing road shows and management conferences, are key elements in building and maintaining strong relationships with the investor community.
Documentation and Reporting: The position involves the preparation of various documents such as annual reports, investor presentations, earnings presentations, and weekly capital market reports. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and updating databases with relevant information, including annual reports, quarterly results, presentations, shareholding patterns, and the latest news of all listed companies.
Support in Results Process and Peer Analysis: The candidate is responsible for supporting the results process, including preparing investor presentations and briefing materials for senior management. Furthermore, there is a focus on closely monitoring peer group companies through analyses of results, daily share price movements, press releases, and shareholding patterns.
Holistic Oversight of Investor Relations: The role involves overseeing all aspects of investor relations activities, ranging from strategy development, messaging, and analyst events to conference presentations, quarterly earnings processes, competitive analyses, annual reports, and shareholder meetings. Additionally, the candidate is expected to conduct various analyses, including industrial and competitive analysis, comparative valuation, and periodic meetings with investors to address questions and concerns.
