Job Description
Objective:
- Develop and implementmarketing plans and customer centric activities to promote the aqua industry in India primarily and othernew geographies.
- Define marketing communication plan and branding objectives for products and service range to ensure consistent and unifiedmessage to customers
- Perform marketing communication activities with innovative concepts or approaches
- To create brand and product awareness through events(seminars/conference)-Internal & External
- Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing to content strategy.
- Working with HR for joint marketing and HR efforts
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather marketing intelligence: Stay abreast of market situation, competitors, customer behavior shifts, etc. and share information with the relevant stakeholders.
- Content Management: Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and website updates.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and contributing to content strategy.
- Global presence: Identify and envisage marketing events, including webinars, workshops, and trade shows, both online and offline.
- Graphic Design: Oversee the creation of visual assets such as graphics, infographics, and banners for marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to brainstorm ideas, contribute to campaign strategies, and provide general support.
- Product Marketing: Oversee new product launch marketing activities and create awareness about existing products.
Characteristics - Dimensions of the Job:
- Reporting: CEO
- Internal - Coordinate and work in parallel with sales, technical, product and customer success teams.
- External: Managing service providers or agencies of various sectors in relation to management of marketing mix.
- Working with synergy – Nutreco India and other Nutreco companies
Qualification:
- Postgraduate in Marketing/ Rural Marketing (RM)
- Competence within project management and change management an advantage • Ability to create content and has lots of creative ideas
- Hands-on, result orientated and excellent communication skills
- Innovative, capable, caring, and collaborative behaviors
- Fluentin English, preferably with additional language skills
- Multi-culturalsensitivity
Experience/Candidate Profile:
- Experience of 8-10 yearsin similar Marketing roles
- Industry preference: (Agri)Tech/FMCG/Consumer durables
- A good communicator who enjoys building relationships
- A team player who can work collaboratively across teams at all levels of the organization in a professionalmanner
- Able to take proactive initiative and work autonomously
- Flexible approach and adaptable to change
- Able to react quickly when situationsrequire a prompt response
- Highly motivated and passionate
- Open for domestic and internation travel
