As the Marketing Analytics Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our marketing strategy by providing data-driven insights, reporting, and measurement. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing key metrics to track the success of our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing analytics framework: Design and implement a robust analytics framework to track and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop tracking mechanisms to monitor their performance. 2. Generate actionable insights: Analyze marketing data from various sources such as digital marketing campaigns, app & website traffic, social media, and customer behavior. Translate data into actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics. 3. Reporting and visualization: Prepare regular reports and dashboards that provide clear and concise summaries of marketing performance and key insights. Present findings to key stakeholders and senior management to inform decision-making processes. 4. A/B testing and experimentation: Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies, messaging, and channels. Use experimental data to make data-driven recommendations and optimizations. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to gather requirements, align on goals, and integrate analytics into overall business strategies. Provide guidance and support to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics. Identify opportunities to leverage new tools, methodologies, or data sources to enhance our analytical capabilities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role 3. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics. 4. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, modeling techniques & marketing economics (cohort analysis, churn management, RFM models, customer lifetime modeling). 5. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms (Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch etc) 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. 7. Proven track record of driving marketing insights and recommendations that have directly influenced business growth. 8. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
