Education - Engineer + MBA (Finance)

Experience - 8-10 years of relevant experience

Job Role:

Reviewing & Analyzing Financial models to project future cash flows to support decision-making for bids by management and rising of funds/facilities for projects.

Finalization of financing agreements, security creation, appointment of various stakeholders (viz. Lenders’ Legal Counsel, Lenders’ Insurance Advisor, etc.) in order to attain Financial Closure for new projects.

Preparation of Project Information Memorandum in order to raise funds among various prospective lenders.

Relationship management with lenders to ensure regular updation of events/progress of projects and timely disbursements.

Liaisoning between lenders & SPVs for obtaining NOCs/Approvals as required on need-based basis.

Play a vital role in getting Due dilligence for the transactions both buy and sell side - providing data, coordinating with stakeholders and due dilligence agencies including legal and financial and reviewing financial models for correct presentation. Manage the Data Room for the projects in hand.

Capital Market transactions - Primary or secondary - QIP, Bonds, CP's Rights Issue etc.
