- Solid functional knowledge of financial processes, including costing.
- Experience in working with a large automotive/manufacturing organization and familiarity with automotive business processes.
- Expertise in SAP processes utilized for Finance function. SAP exposure is a must.
- 5+ years in application architecture/IT delivery. Hands on experience in executing digital finance initiatives/projects.
- Proficient in business analysis, program management, change management, commercial negotiations, and IT vendor management.
- System thinking approach. Proficient in IT delivery methods. Sound understanding of design thinking principles and user centric design. Ability to design, implement, test and maintain subsystems of moderate-to-high complexity. Deep experience working with teams in agile/LEAN IT setting
- Ability to do impact analysis across processes, systems and stakeholders (business units & manufacturing plants).
- Proficient in leading a team and collaboration with external stakeholders. Successful track record in working on cross-functional, cross-team projects.
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies / critical eye to quality improvements (reliability).
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
- Proficient in diagnosing and problem solving involving SAP FICO module.
