Looking for a Lead / Manager to head a team of Consultative Recruiters and to steer / manage their work

Role & responsibilities:

Hire, induct, mentor, reward, evaluate, grow and promote Specialist Consultative Recruiters

Allocate work
-
Make work priortisation decisions, based on multiple business parameters
-
Keep building the team, planning for capacity and capabilities, referencing a skills matrix
-
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
-
Interface with clients as Account Manager
-
Lead by example, displaying situational leadership and solving problems for team and for clients
-
Foster a culture of collaboration, cross-learning and feeding off each other's success
-
P&L ownership
-
Manage all internal operations, interfacing with internal IT, Finance, Admin and other allied areas
-
Optionally - Work as a hands-on Recruiter on client mandates, when time permits
Requirements:
-
Graduation / Post-graduation
-
5+ years of experience, not necessarily in HR or Operations
-
Loads of common sense
-
Ability to hire people and to build careers
-
Ability to prioritise based on multiple factors and to explain to all relevant stakeholders
-
Ability to plan for capacity and capabilities, represented in a skills matrix
-
Ability to lead by example and to display situational leadership, to solve problems for team and for clients
-
Fault tolerance - of self and team - backed by the ability to fail fast and fail safe
-
Flair and aptitude for human interaction
-
Ability to share and to receive learning with the rest of the team
-
QA / QC expertise and experience - highly preferable
-
Experience of meeting or exceeding margin targets - highly preferable
-
Experience in KPOs / knowledge services related BPO processes - preferable
