The role focuses on selling filtration systems and related technical equipment used in industrial applications like gas turbines, power plants, offshore platforms, etc.

2. Location

• Bengaluru

• Mumbai

• Pan India role (may require travel across India)

The candidate may need to travel for client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.

3. Experience Required

• Technical product sales

• Industrial equipment

• Filtration systems

• Engineering solutions

4. Educational Qualification

• Mechanical Engineering Degree (preferred)

5. Main Objective of the Role

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Growing the aftermarket business in India

• Handling technical + commercial sales

• Supporting customers from enquiry to order completion

• Understanding filtration systems and applications

6. Core Responsibilities (Simplified)

1️⃣ Technical Sales

The candidate must:

• Understand customer technical requirements

• Study client enquiries

• Suggest the right filtration system

• Prepare technical proposals and quotations

This is solution selling, not just product selling.

2️⃣ Site Visits & Surveys

Candidate will:

• Visit industrial sites

• Conduct site surveys

• Collect technical data needed for proposal preparation.

3️⃣ Customer Meetings

Responsibilities include:

• Attend technical discussions

• Solve customer problems

• Support sales teams in closing deals.

4️⃣ Sales Targets

Candidate will also:

• Achieve regional sales targets

• Plan quarterly / annual sales

• Grow the business in the Indian market.

5️⃣ Market Development

The candidate will:

• Identify new business opportunities

• Appoint agents / distributors

• Study competitors

• Suggest product improvements for better sales.

6️⃣ Technical Knowledge Required

Candidate should understand:

• Filtration principles

• Filtration standards and testing

• Self-cleaning filtration systems

• Static filtration systems

• Gas turbine filtration applications.

7️⃣ Additional Technical Exposure (Good to Have)

Experience in:

• Gas turbine auxiliary systems

• Exhaust systems

• Ventilation systems

• Air intake cooling systems

• Retrofit projects
