Key Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day business performance across major quick commerce platforms
• Drive topline growth through data-led strategies and commercial planning
• Manage platform relationships and act as the key point of contact
• Lead assortment planning across cities and dark stores
• Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, appointments & fill rates
• Work closely with Supply Chain for inventory availability and healthy stock levels
• Create visibility, activation, and growth initiatives to improve brand presence
• Monitor city-wise dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting
• Coordinate with Finance for claims, reconciliations, and receivables
