Qualification Graduate. Preference for B.Tech CS / MCA and MBA in IT Management

• Experience of Support, SAP Implementation and Roll Out for at Least 10 years with experience in S/4 Hana Environment.
• Should have hands on knowledge of FICO area or Logistics Area.
• Manage a Team of 35-50 Sap team members to provide Support as shared service to 20-30 Clients
• Support will mainly be to Indian Clients but may involve few international Clients
• Manage a the Help Desk / ticketing system with proper job distribution to ensure timely resolution of issues to all clients meeting of SLAs.
• Ensure time sheets completed by all team members and keep effort time and costs under control by analysing the Client wise time utilisation.
• Reporting to clients and Management on the Support delivered open tickets and delivery targets
• Manage weekend and holiday working and ensure clients emergent needs are addressed during periods beyond working hours.
