Title - Manager - SPG
Location - New Delhi
Qualification - MBA Finance full time only with 6-10 years of post qualification experience in Strategic Planning
Key Accountabilities
1. Lead Strategic Planning process and facilitate the Annual Operating Plan preparation for the Company
2. Support and participate in the CFT discussions to drive the Strategic Initiatives and update the Top Management of the status through Business Analysis and create alerts on major developments
3. Strategy Deployment for Top Management
4. Lead and Review Quarterly performance of the Plan parameters
5. Supporting in conducting effective Business review meetings and providing Analytical support to Top Management for decision making
6. Team building in terms of Capability, knowledge sharing etc.
7. Special Projects as assigned by Management from time to time
