Responsibilities:

1. To work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its operations and management  
2. To act as the Orders & Revenue Head in his absence
3. To develop financial plans along with various business and technology teams with rigor on bottom’s up approach
4. To review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable
5. To track and measure key financials and business metrics
6. To jointly own the OKRs of the respective business unit and build an AOP to achieve the same

You must have:

1. Prior experience in a top-tierconsulting firm
2. Excellent problem solving skills
3. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
4. Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
5. Willingness to hustle
