Hiring for one of our reputed client for the role of Manager- Company Secretarial:

Location- Hyderabad

Qualification- CS

Experience- 8-12 Years

Note: Candidates from listed companies are preferred.

Key responsibilities:

1. Preparation of agenda for board meetings, general meetings and conducting the meeting.

2. Drafting and circulating of minutes of meeting, dissemination of ATR, ROC filing and updating of statutory records.

3. Ensure compliance with the provisions of Companies Act 2013, which includes Secretarial Standards, SEBI        Regulations.

4.Timely preparation of statutory forms with the ROC/MCA/RBI compliances.

5. Ensuring compliance with shareholder and supporting in various secretarial functions.
