Position: Manager- Export

Location : Pune
 

Overall Responsibility

•    To develop and improve export sales for Metal Cutting machines as well as EDM / WEDM products by developing dealers in international market as per business plan.
•    Achieving targeted revenue from export sales as per business plan.
•    Participating in exhibitions to increase customer reach.
•    Coordination with Manufacturing to cater the sales requirement with the highest customer satisfaction.
•    Developing country specific strategy in consultation with Top Management for market expansion.
•    Maintaining documentation and compliance as per international laws.
•    Acquiring knowledge and skills required for international market.

Education Requirement : Diploma/ B. Tech/ BE (Mechanical)
Language Skills: English, Hindi, Local Language

Technical Competencies Required
1.    Experience in handling international dealers.
2.    Techno Commercial knowledge.
3.    Experience in handling international dealers.
4.    Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation and compliance.
5.    Foreign languages is an added advantage.

Compensation Structure: CTC includes Fixed + PRE (Performance Related Earnings) which is disbursed monthly
Incentives/Bonus/Gratuity are shared over & above CTC
