Job Responsibilities 

• Expert knowledge in implementation of Ind AS (Conversion of IGAAP to Ind AS) 
•  Expert knowledge in preparation of Ind AS financials including restated financial/consolidated financials/standalone financial/proforma financials. 
• The person can teach team Ind AS adjustment, entries, and treatments. 
•  The person can face statutory / internal auditor specifically queries relating to Ind AS. 
• Preparing month-end reports to monitor profits including Activity files.
•  Preparing monthly MIS. 
• Assisting in month end closing and preparation of Financials on monthly basis for Indian entities.
• Coordinating in conduct of Statutory Audit of the company and all the subsidiaries. 
• Carrying inter-company reconciliation of Group Entities and supporting team in completion of month end submissions to the group central finance team consolidation. 
• Valuation of inventory on Monthly & yearly basis. (RM/PM, WIP, FG). 
• Tracking of conversion cost & compare the same with Standard after completion of Job. 
• Tracking of expenses to ensure proper Allocation & Apportionment. 
• Calculation of Manpower Cost. 
• Good excel skill must. 
• Experience in Navision software preferable. 
• Good control in ledger scrutiny and guiding team accordingly. 
• Relationship management with Bank with treasury related work. 

We are hiring for the role of Manager- Finance & Accounts for Gurgaon location with minimum 3 years of experience in hard core Accounting having CA as qualification with sound knowldege of IND AS (Mandate).
