• Competence to manage in house CRM and ATS platforms.

Responsibility

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the process of end-to-end recruitment, selection of employee and onboarding of employees.
• Develop and monitor HR strategies and assess the performance of team members.
• Take responsibility for people development initiatives & building up in house capabilities for the associates.
• Maintaining the database of all candidates.
• Ability to attract top talent across various industries.
