Responsibilities:-

• Require to Handle Full Import Process - Procure to Pay.
• Import of Chemicals as RM, Instruments, Machines, Engineering items etc required for Chemical/Paint/Lubes Industry.
• Import Sourcing, Planning and issuance of Import Orders to Suppliers.
• Negotiations with Vendors, Inventory Planning, alternate vendor development & strategic procurement.
• Co-ordination with Shipping Companies, Air Lines, Courier Companies, Forwarders, DGFT, DGAD, DGCI as per requirement.
• Should be well verse of EXIM Policy and self updation related with Import Laws.
• Import Related MIS Reports.
• LC drafting and Issuance.
• To obtain various licenses and Permits from respective agencies like CIB , Drug Controller, BAFA.
