QUALIFICATION: Chartered Accountant (preferably first attempt)

DESIGNATION:    MANAGER- INTERNAL AUDIT

SALARY BAND:    20-30 LPA (NOT NEGOTIABLE)

EXPERIENCE:       1 to 3 years post qualification experience in Internal Audit of a large manufacturing organisation and exposure of  plant functions. 

Job Description:

• Good domain knowledge of manufacturing & supply chain operations as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR, Payroll, legal compliances, marketing activities
• Good interpersonal, communication, report drafting, presentations and analytical skills.

• Carryout audits assigned as per the approved audit plan in an effective, efficient and time bound manner

• Evaluate risks and controls, identify control gaps and inadequacies in processes
• Identify opportunities of revenue enhancement and cost optimization
• Ensure comprehensiveness in audit coverage
• Engage effectively with auditors on audit findings, issuance of audit reports and follow- up of action plan.
• Closing out on audits independently with minimal supervision and review.
