Responsibilities:

• Drive operations to enhance profitability/efficiency throughout the company's fulfillment and first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile operations.
• Manage Regional Heads & City Leads to ensure operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.
• Oversee the launch of first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile operations across East/West and South zones
• Implement processes/systems to create a seamless customer experience and generate higher productivity/revenues.
• Work closely with other departments to support expansion and growth.
• Ensure streamlined Supply Chain Operations across different zones to drive ~100% fulfillment rate.
• Manage and motivate teams across levels to create a Rockstar culture.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 9-13 years of Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Experience at E-commerce/Supply Chain/Logistics companies.
• MBA from a reputed school and certification in six sigma/lean methodologies/PMP/black belt are preferred.
• Strategic thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with clear objective of achieving overall organizational growth.
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external internal stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment through superior prioritization/time management skills.
• Result-oriented with a high level of ownership.
