- Manage non-digital lead generation to support the branch sales teams.
- Manage outbound agency/resources to drive lead efficiency and ROI: Track the same daily.
- Lead database management; develop plans for lead lifecycle management.
- Track prospect from active to closure stage with an objective to drive conversions and ROI.
- Report monthly conversion ROI for all Marketing-generated leads.
- Be the Pre-Sales point of contact to branches supporting on Sales CRM, Digital Contracting, lead generation, and other key sales efficiency/tracking functions.
- Support Sales team with troubleshooting issues on CRM, digital contracting, lead geenration, and other tools including requirement maangement for feature enhancements.
- Manage call center operations data for qualification of prospect base as per prioritized strategy
- Based on each branch requirement develop and monitor lead portfolio.
