The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR & Admin, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, documentation, attendance, overtime, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new recruitment and onboarding processes for contractors and employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- - Manage attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Create and maintain HR policy manuals and procedures
- Organize safety-related lectures and training programs
- Motivate and engage employees to achieve business objectives
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts

Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience in HR and administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Monday- Saturday- 9 -6 pm
