Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Manage end to end Program/ Project Management cycle including reporting & trouble shooting.
- Driving improvements through deployment of Automation (IOT, AI, VR, AR, AGV) & Mechanization.
- Drive productivity improvement projects across WH, SLF sites leading to bottom line improvement in operations.
- Conceptualize KPI's to measure, track & benchmark performance in various aspects of the business.
- Developing plan for improvement and taking operation excellence at higher levels around key areas like Cost, Technology, Productivity etc.
- Work closely with Ops team to identify & execute the improvement plan.
- Coordinate with Business heads to lead strategic initiatives.
- Management reporting on required frequency.
- Support in Pre-Sales activities.
- Carryout Process Improvement projects at Operation sites applying Lean & Industrial industry technique.
