Job Responsibilities:

Finance Strategy:

• To support the strategy formulation by SBU F&A Head for Project financing & Working Capital in Gas & Renewable SBU.
• To implement entire Project financial closure for Gas & Renewable SBU –structure, negotiate, documentation
• Preparing Information Memorandum, PPT, financial model for consortium/internal meetings, Drafting letters etc.
• Banking Relations/liaison with lenders and provide requisite information

Working capital

• Forecast working capital requirements of the SBU and manage funding through appropriate channels.
•  Liaise with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based finance to meet working capital and Capex requirements, at best possible costs

Support to the Business:

• Providing the financial data for biddings.
• Financial Modeling for participating in tender
• Cost benefit analysis
• Representations to Government, statutory bodies and other stakeholders on organizational objectives

Commercial Operations

• Make Vs Buy Analysis, commercial discussions with vendors
• Reviewing and Finalizing Contractual Agreements
• Internal Financial Controls

Education Qualification - CA/ MBA  with 10 + total post qualification experience
