Hiring for the role of Manager Project Finance 

Location : Delhi

Qualification : MBA

Experience :10-14 Years

Roles:

1. To support the strategy formulation by SBU F&A Head for Project financing & Working Capital in SBU.

2. To implement entire Project financial closure for SBU –structure, negotiate,

documentation

3.Preparing Information Memorandum, PPT, financial model for consortium/internal meetings, Drafting letters etc.

4.Banking Relations/liaison with lenders and provide requisite information

5.Forecast working capital requirements of the SBU and manage funding through appropriate channels.

6.Liaise with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based finance to meet working capital and Capex requirements, at best possible costs

7.Support to the Business by providing the financial data for biddings, Financial Modeling for participating in tender, Cost benefit analysis etc.

8.Make Vs Buy Analysis, commercial discussions with vendors, Reviewing and Finalizing Contractual Agreements etc.

Note : 

Knowledge of financial modelling is must.

Prior experience in energy sector specially renewable sector would be preferred.
