Responsibilities will include:-

• Connect with small and large format saree retailers/business owners in the respective region.
• Explain them the RM story and pitch them for saree orders.
• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
• Set the expectations before the order is taken with stakeholders on Margins /Payment terms and Delivery ETA.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising and Logistics team in getting the order fulfilled in a timely manner
• Collections from your customers as per the credit cycle and payment terms.
• Applying new strategies to convince prospective retailers.
• Proper Objection handling skills and negotiation techniques
• Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned region.
• Building strong relationships with key accounts.
• Building up a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
• Analyzing/gathering market trends and competitors’ activities and regularly updating it to reporting manager.
