Responsibilities will include:-
- Connect with small and large format saree retailers/business owners in the respective region.
- Explain them the RM story and pitch them for saree orders.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
- Set the expectations before the order is taken with stakeholders on Margins /Payment terms and Delivery ETA.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising and Logistics team in getting the order fulfilled in a timely manner
- Collections from your customers as per the credit cycle and payment terms.
- Applying new strategies to convince prospective retailers.
- Proper Objection handling skills and negotiation techniques
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned region.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Building up a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Analyzing/gathering market trends and competitors’ activities and regularly updating it to reporting manager.
