Role & Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
A Sales Executive (Solvent, Base Oil & Lubricants) is responsible for selling chemical Solvent, Base Oil & Lubricants products, developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence within assigned industrial segments such as footwear, furniture, wood, and adhesives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell chemical Solvent, Base Oil & Lubricants products and achieve forecasted sales budgets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales leadership to increase market share and presence.
- Monitor sales operations including order processing, delivery, and receivables collection.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to execute sales strategies smoothly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to inform sales approaches.
- Willingness to travel to support and service customers.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience in chemical sales, preferably in Solvent, Base Oil & Lubricants-related products.
- Experience in relevant customer bases such as footwear, furniture, wood, and adhesive industries.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages like Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet target deadlines.
