- To Design and implement a fool proof performance management framework for the organization.
- To facilitate development plans for the entire organization and its effective implementation so as to enhance individual & thereby organizational competencies.
- To identify and develop the talent pool and facilitate succession planning programs.
- Defining Roles and Job Descriptions and implementing Job Evaluation.
- Performance Management System – Defining the framework, KRA Dictionary, Process, Timelines, Goal Setting & Process Audit.
- Defining, Implementing and tracking IDP.
- Define the PIP process and implementation across the organization.
