- Assisting in compliances related to SEBI, Audit, and MIS of Fund to investors
Periodical reports & audit
- Making capital calls to investors as per the AIF investment schedule and periodic reporting.

- Distribution of income into various stakeholders as per PPM & SEBI regulations.

- Investment of short surplus fund of AIF into mutual funds & other investments and closure of matured investments. Distribution or re-invest the funds as per PPM of AIF.
