Role details:
- Title / Designation: Manager/Associate Director – Financial Services (Digital Payments)
- Location: Noida
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead research and strategy for digital payments and digital lending, covering market trends, global best practices, and India-focused innovation.
- Design and enhance digital payment and lending solutions, including solution capabilities, high-level technology architecture, compliance, and risk frameworks.
- Develop international and cross-border payment strategies, adapting India’s digital finance learnings for targeted global markets.
- Drive merchant onboarding optimization through market research and process improvements to increase efficiency and adoption.
- Advance financial inclusion initiatives by designing and implementing solutions for underserved communities.
- Deliver client-ready insights through requirement gathering, process design, and high-quality reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, communication, and timely project delivery.
Candidate requirements:
- Overall 10+ years with 4–5 years of experience in UPI, digital payments, or digital lending, preferably in a consulting firm or think tank (Assistant Manager level).
- Strong understanding of fintech technology architecture, including UPI, digital payments, and digital lending ecosystems.
- Proven research and analytical capability, with experience conducting in-depth studies and insights.
- Master’s degree in economics, Econometrics, Technology, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and client engagement.
