Total Experience - 6-10 Years of post qualification experience

Qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc Agri/B.Tech/M.Tech in Agri machinery 

Job Profile:

• Experience in ideation, strategy, programme and network management, strengthening partnerships, research and policy advocacy
• Significant experience in designing new initiatives, partner engagement, and resource planning
• Proficient in action research, capacity building, mentoring professionals, monitoring and impact assessments
• collaboration with visionary individuals, intellectual scientists and peer counterparts
• Association with key organizations, institutions, networks and funding agencies
• Research/ non research Report drafting, data compilation, analysis, etc. related activities.
• Program planning/ designing considering required objective/ purpose

Skills Required:

• Excellent documentation, analytical, interpersonal communication, articulation, presentation and coordination skills

• Adept in team building, liaison, building multi-stakeholder networks in diverse cultural and geographical environments
• Research & data related Skills

Should have Experience in:

• Experience related to Sustainable Integrated Rural Development, ecology, environment, agriculture, etc.
• Research project execution
• Program executer related to water, livelihood security or ecosystems programme with key resource organizations through community led approach which has positively impacted communities through knowledge demystification enabled and data based decision systems, action research, building a cadre of professionals, and scaling-up with policy advocacy
• Experience in Liaison with Stakeholders, NGOs, international agencies, key research institutes and Government officials to develop strategic partnerships
